Henderson to lead discussion with ASPPH workgroup

The School of Public Health’s Director of Assessment, Heather Henderson, will be participating as a founding member of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Workgroup as part of ASPPH’s Academy of Teaching and Learning.

The workgroup is comprised of chosen public health professionals currently engaged in research involving teaching practice. The workgroup will serve during the 2018-2019 school year as a results-oriented body committed to improving the quality of teaching across the public health educational spectrum.

As part of this workgroup, Henderson will be facilitating a World Café table discussion on faculty roadmaps during the September 25^th-26^th meeting. The workgroup will be presenting content and strategies for quality teaching during the ASPPH Annual Meeting in March 2019.
